Does the Devil really wear Prada?

September is just around the corner. Who says September, says September issue of Vogue, one of the most important ones. The person behind the fashion staple that is Vogue has alway been a fascination for me and for all the fashionistas around the globe. The September Issue is a documentary that follows Anna Wintour in her work and her personal life. I must admit I’m quite excited to see what the life of Vogue’s editor in chief looks like! It hit New York theaters on august 28th, but there is still no dates for Montreal

First you get the first lollipop ans then you can reuse the handle when you buy other “heads”.

I will take the Black Onyx with the blue Raspberry flavor please! Thank you ;)

For those who like blood…

machete_reference

In 2007, robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino released a grindhouse film. In the 70, Grindhouse cinema was a genre (sadly, pretty dead nowadays) that offered to its viewers double features of really gore B movies. With Planet Terror and Death Proof, shown one after the other in theaters, the two filmmakers accomplished their mission. They even went as far as making fake trailers to be shown between both screenings). To my delight, I found out recently that one of those fake trailers, Machete, was being made into a full length movie! We’ll have to wait for 2010 to witness this tale of brutal revenge a la mexicano. Hopefully Rodriguez wont be cheap on the fake blood!

Ben & Jerry By Ogilvy & Mather

ben-and-jerrys-ads-4

As if ice cream companies really needed to make an effort to be even more seductive to us, Ben & Jerry just launched these awesome ads made by Ogilvy & Mather Singapore. If you look closely, everything is made by hand from common materials and everyday objects. It deserves a bowl of “Half Balked” for sure!

Dexter strikes again

Dexter is one of my favourite TV shows. The scenario is amazing, the plot lines well constructed, the music is in between being poetic and giving us the creeps. And as for the visuals, we’re in for a treat because of all the colorful images. The characters are funny, and we get quite attached to them event if some of them are pervs of even sociopaths! We like them all. Here is the Trailer for the upcoming 4th season. If you’ve never watched the show, with all this rain, now is the time to rent the fist 3 seasons.

Alice In Wonderland: The Trailer!
